Artificial Intelligence (AI) - Internship

As an AI intern at Lenn Chartered, you will support the development and

enhancement of our AI-driven financial tools, particularly Lenn BTai - an AI

platform for financial mastery using machine learning, predictive analytics,

and adaptive algorithms.

This internship offers hands-on experience in fintech AI applications,

focusing on debt management, personalized financial strategies, and

educational simulations via Paper Securities. In our small, collaborative team

of 8, you'll contribute to real-world projects aimed at making Indians

financially educated and debt-free, while gaining mentorship from CFA/CFP-

certified experts and tech leads.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Assist in developing and training machine learning models for Lenn BTai,

including predictive analytics for debt optimization, pattern recognition in

user behavior, and real-time financial recommendations.

2\. Support data processing and integration tasks, such as handling market

data feeds, user analytics, and simulation features for Paper Securities to

ensure 99.9% accuracy and low-latency responses (<0.3s).

3\. Collaborate on implementing security features like zero-knowledge

encryption and multi-layer authentication within AI systems to comply with

financial regulations.

4\. Participate in testing, debugging, and iterating on AI features, such as

adaptive learning modules for financial education courses targeting students

and professionals.

5\. Conduct research on AI trends in fintech (e.g., quantum-resistant

algorithms, behavioral analysis) and contribute ideas to improve client

outcomes, like achieving 45% average savings on managed debt ( 30Cr+).

6\. Help with data visualization and reporting to analyze user engagement and

model performance for 1000+ clients.

7\. Engage in agile team meetings, code reviews, and cross-functional tasks

blending AI with financial consultancy.
