Sales and Marketing - Internship

As a marketing and sales intern at Lenn Chartered & Co, you will support our

marketing and sales teams in promoting debt management solutions and financial

education programs. This role is perfect for candidates with a finance

background who are enthusiastic about digital marketing, lead generation, and

sales strategies in the financial services industry, helping to attract and

convert clients seeking financial stability.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Assisting in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including

social media promotions, email newsletters, and content creation focused on

debt management and financial literacy.

2\. Supporting sales efforts by identifying leads and conducting market

research on potential clients in need of financial education or debt

resolution services.

3\. Helping with creating sales pitches, presentations, and materials tailored

to financial services, such as webinars on budgeting and debt reduction.

4\. Analyzing marketing and sales data to track campaign performance, lead

conversion rates, and client engagement metrics.

5\. Collaborating with the team on client outreach, follow-ups, and building

relationships to promote our financial education initiatives.

6\. Contributing to content development for blogs, videos, and infographics

related to personal finance and debt management.

7\. Performing administrative tasks like maintaining CRM databases, preparing

sales reports, and coordinating with finance teams on promotional strategies.

8\. Handling the company's social media accounts.
