Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, particularly
those with finance backgrounds (e.g., CA, CFA, MBA Finance, or related
qualifications).
2\. Support onboarding processes for new hires in the financial services team,
including documentation and orientation related to financial compliance and
policies.
3\. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing finance-
themed workshops, team-building events, and performance review support.
4\. Help with HR data analysis, including metrics on recruitment in finance
roles, employee retention in financial departments, and stipend/salary
benchmarking.
5\. Collaborate with the HR team on projects involving financial regulatory
compliance, such as PF, ESI, and tax-related HR matters.
6\. Conduct research on industry trends in HR for financial services and
assist in updating company policies accordingly.
7\. Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining HR databases, preparing
reports, and coordinating with finance teams on payroll and benefits.
