Event Management - Internship

As an 'Event Management Intern' at Lenn Chartered & Co, you will assist in

planning,

organizing, and executing events focused on financial education, workshops,

seminars, and client engagement activities related to debt management and

financial literacy. This role is suitable for candidates with a finance

background or interest in event management within the financial services

sector, where you can blend organizational skills with knowledge of financial

topics to create impactful events.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Support the planning and coordination of financial education events, such

as webinars, workshops, and seminars on debt management, budgeting, and

financial planning.

2\. Assist in venue selection, vendor management, and logistics for both

virtual and in-person events in Bangalore and other locations.

3\. Help with event promotion, including creating marketing materials, social

media outreach, and registration processes tailored to financial audiences.

4\. Contribute to budget management for events, tracking expenses, and

ensuring cost-effective execution aligned with financial compliance.

5\. Collaborate with the team on content development for events, incorporating

financial education elements like sessions on debt resolution strategies.

6\. Handle on-site event support, participant engagement, and post-event

evaluations to measure success and gather feedback.

7\. Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining event databases,

preparing reports, and coordinating with internal finance teams.
