• College Accounts: For educational institutions managing placements

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
• Post spam or unsolicited communications
• Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the Platform
• Scrape data or use automated systems without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post opportunities that are illegal or violate labor laws
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform

5.1 For Companies

• Job postings must be accurate and describe real opportunities
• Compensation and terms must be clearly stated
• Must not discriminate based on protected characteristics
• Must comply with all applicable employment laws

5.2 For Students

• Profile information and resumes must be accurate
• Must not misrepresent qualifications or experience
• Should apply only to relevant opportunities

The Platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Intern Kitty. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
• Use our trademarks without written permission
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software

You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it on the Platform.

Some features may require payment. If you purchase paid services:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice
• You are responsible for any taxes

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The accuracy of information posted by users
• The quality of opportunities or candidates
• Any specific outcomes from using the Platform

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intern Kitty shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intern Kitty and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
