Telecaller - Real Estate - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and attend inbound inquiries
2\. Understand customer needs and qualify leads based on interest, budget, and
intent
3\. Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
4\. Maintain accurate call logs, lead data, and follow-up records in
CRM/Google Sheets/Excel
5\. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure effective lead nurturing
6\. Share daily reports on call activity, lead status, and conversions
7\. Coordinate closely with the sales team for smooth lead handover
