Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Connect with prospective clients to identify their property needs and
suggest appropriate real estate options.
2\. Arrange and conduct property site visits, offer on-site guidance, and
actively assist the sales team in closing deals.
3\. Accurately document client communications, feedback, and follow-ups using
CRM software or Excel spreadsheets.
4\. Hold a valid two-wheeler and driving license to facilitate client meetings
and project site visits.
5\. Exhibit strong familiarity with Bangalore's neighborhoods and current real
estate market trends.
6\. Utilize basic knowledge of real estate operations, project categories, and
market dynamics to effectively advise clients.
7\. Possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license for client visits and
project site travel.
