Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements
and recommend suitable real estate projects.
2\. Coordinate and conduct property site visits, provide on-site assistance,
and support the sales team in closing transactions.
3\. Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, feedback,
and follow-ups using CRM tools or Excel.
4\. Possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license to manage client meetings
and travel to project locations will be a plus point.
5\. Demonstrate a sound understanding of Bangalore's key localities and
prevailing real estate market trends.
6\. Apply foundational knowledge of real estate processes, property types, and
market dynamics to guide clients effectively.
