Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Interact with prospective clients to assess their property needs and
recommend appropriate real estate options.
2\. Organize and conduct property site visits, provide on-site guidance, and
assist the sales team in successfully closing deals.
3\. Keep accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups
using CRM software or Excel.
4\. Hold a valid two-wheeler and driving license to facilitate client meetings
and travel to project sites.
5\. Demonstrate strong knowledge of Bangalore's neighborhoods and current real
estate market trends.
6\. Utilize fundamental understanding of real estate processes, project types,
and market dynamics to advise clients effectively.
