Customer Engagement (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Client Management: Partner with senior managers on daily client
engagements and property inspections.
2\. Relationship Building: Arrange and lead initial meetings with prospective
clients to define their requirements and propose suitable property solutions.
3\. Communication: Serve as a key client liaison via calls, emails, and face-
to-face meetings to assess needs and deliver effective solutions.
4\. Market Support: Be present on-site during showings and meetings, actively
assisting the team to meet placement targets.
5\. Data Organization: Develop and maintain organized client databases and
detailed contact records.
