Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Collaborate with KAM to understand the hiring needs and finalize role
expectations, ensuring clarity and alignment in job descriptions and candidate
profiles.
2\. Review incoming applications and handle the first round of candidate
interactions, including initial screening, scheduling, and follow-up.
3\. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to the hiring team, making
adjustments to strategies and processes based on feedback to improve candidate
quality and streamline timelines.
4\. Maintain well-organized candidate records, ensuring that all candidate
information is up-to-date and that communication is timely and professional.
5\. Conduct large-scale outreach to potential candidates (up to 120 per day)
to schedule interviews, provide necessary information, and follow up
throughout the interview process.
