Project Coordinator - Global AI Data Collection - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. AI data collection & annotation support: Participate in the complete

lifecycle of data gathering, structuring, and labeling activities to produce

dependable datasets essential for training AI/ML systems.

2\. Contributor onboarding & global workforce management: Guide international

contributors and freelancers through the onboarding process, ensuring they

receive clear instructions, smooth assistance, and consistent engagement

during project execution.

3\. Coordination with QA for data accuracy: Partner with Quality Assurance

teams to review submitted data, verify alignment with project standards, and

maintain high levels of accuracy and reliability.

4\. Project tracking & performance monitoring: Monitor project timelines using

tracking tools, highlight potential delays, and escalate concerns when

necessary to keep delivery schedules on track.

5\. Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Work in alignment with internal

functions - such as tooling, vendor teams, and operations - to ensure

efficient workflows and successful project delivery.

6\. Reporting & documentation preparation: Prepare structured reports,

dashboards, and documentation for both internal stakeholders and clients,

summarizing progress and key project insights.

7\. Compliance with data security & ethical AI practices: Uphold all data

privacy protocols, follow compliance requirements, and maintain ethical

standards while managing confidential or sensitive information.
