HR Consultant - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Partnership with the Key Account Manager (KAM):

1\. Collaborate with the KAM to gather clear insights on talent requirements,

job expectations, and hiring priorities.

2\. Adjust recruitment tactics in line with client objectives, shifting

workload demands, and updated role mandates.

B. Application Review & Candidate Filtering:

1\. Examine incoming resumes and applications to gauge candidate relevance

based on experience, capabilities, and role criteria.

2\. Select and forward the most suitable profiles that align with required

skill sets and performance standards.

C. Recruitment Status Updates & Continuous Alignment:

1\. Provide ongoing status reports to the KAM regarding sourcing activities,

candidate flow, and challenges encountered.

2\. Regularly coordinate to reflect any modifications in job descriptions,

hiring targets, or sourcing direction.

D. Candidate Records Management & Feedback Handling:

1\. Ensure all candidate details are accurately maintained and consistently

updated in internal databases and tracking systems.

2\. Communicate timely feedback to candidates and ensure important updates are

shared with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

E. High-Volume Calling & Follow-Up Coordination (120 Calls Daily):

1\. Handle extensive daily communication, making around 120 calls for

interview setup, reminders, follow-ups, and status tracking.

2\. Deliver clear, courteous, and effective communication to create a smooth

and positive candidate journey.
