3\. Provide organizational insights and coach leaders to strengthen people
management capabilities.
4\. Collaborate with HR services and practices to design and execute solutions
tailored to business challenges.
5\. Manage compensation strategy, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
and fair practices.
6\. Lead the annual performance and compensation review process with accurate
data-driven insights.
7\. Use HR analytics to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement
to enhance decision-making.
8\. Contribute to creating a workplace that empowers employees, encourages
collaboration, and promotes excellence.
