Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Take ownership of projects and responsibilities from Day 1, contributing

directly to business outcomes.

as Ariel, Pampers, Gillette, and Oral-B.

3\. Gain exposure to strategic assignments in Brand Management, Sales,

Finance, HR, or Analytics & Insights.

4\. Test and refine management skills in real-life business scenarios to

develop leadership capabilities.

5\. Collaborate with leaders from diverse functional backgrounds and

contribute to cross-functional business strategies.

6\. Receive structured mentoring, coaching, and formal training throughout the

internship.
