Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Work on the production floor to solve challenges, make decisions, and
quickly see the results of your work.
2\. Conduct performance loss studies on equipment, skills, and organization to
improve operational efficiency.
3\. Support installation, start-up, and continuous improvement of production
lines and new equipment.
4\. Collaborate across departments such as logistics, projects, and packing to
streamline processes.
5\. Develop and implement quality indicators, audits, and corrective action
plans for non-standard issues.
6\. Contribute to sustainability by analyzing energy and water consumption and
proposing improvement solutions.
7\. Create training programs for operators and team leaders to enhance
technical and process skills.
8\. Participate in environmental management initiatives such as waste
reduction and product disposal compliance.
