Performance Marketing - Internship
MITT ARV Technologies Private Limited
This role is for someone who will handle day-to-day performance marketing
execution across platforms like Meta and Google. The goal of the campaigns may
change over time, such as installs, sign-ups, leads, bulk sales, or awareness,
and your role is to run campaigns and analyze their performance based on
whatever outcome the business needs at that point. You'll work closely with
the founders and marketing team to make sure ad spends lead to real, trackable
outcomes, not just traffic.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Setting up and managing ads on Meta and Google
2\. Running campaigns for different objectives (installs, leads, sign-ups,
bulk sales, etc.)
3\. Monitoring daily performance (spend, reach, clicks, conversions)
4\. Testing creatives, copies, and audiences based on the campaign goal
5\. Coordinating with design/content teams for ad requirements
6\. Tracking user journeys after the click (forms, sign-ups, enquiries, sales)
7\. Making regular optimisations to improve results
8\. Pausing or fixing campaigns that are clearly not working
9\. Sharing simple weekly updates on what's running and how it's performing
KPIs:
1\. Cost per result (install/lead/enquiry/sale, depending on the campaign)
2\. Conversion rate from ads
3\. Campaign consistency and delivery
4\. Quality of leads or enquiries (for sales-focused campaigns)
5\. Improvement in performance over time
6\. Clarity on what's working and what's not
Internship structure:
1\. Internship training period: This lasts for 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your
performance, intent, ability, and dedication (If you are unable to complete
your internship 'training period' within 8 weeks, we will not be able to
continue our association with you thereafter)
2\. Post-training internship: The total internship period, including training,
lasts for a minimum of 6 months (This duration is mandatory to be eligible for
an FTE, PPO offer, or even an internship certificate)
3\. Note: Candidates will receive a stipend of Rs 7,000 during their training
and Rs 10,000 afterwards
Internship timeline:
1\. Internshala application period: 7th January 2026 to 20th January 2026
2\. Assignment submission: 3 - 5 days from the date of receiving assignments
3\. Interviews: 15th Jan to 25th Jan 2026
4\. Release of internship offer letter (for selected candidates): 27th January
2026
5\. Date of joining - 1st February 2026
