Project Management - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Supporting Project Planning.

2\. Create and update project documentation, including status reports, meeting

minutes, and other relevant materials, and maintain organized and up-to-date

project files.

3\. Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and project

manager, and assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for

project updates.

4\. Help organize and schedule meetings, ensuring that all relevant

stakeholders are involved. Take notes during meetings and distribute them to

the team.

5\. Contribute to identifying potential project risks and proposing mitigation

strategies and monitoring and reporting on project risks and issues.

6\. Assist in tracking project tasks and deadlines. Work with team members to

ensure timely completion of project milestones.

7\. Support the implementation and monitoring of quality control processes.

8\. Actively seek opportunities to learn about project management

methodologies and tools.

9\. Problem-Solving: Assist in identifying and resolving project-related

issues.

10\. Familiarise yourself with project management tools and software.

11\. Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Internship Structure :

Internship Training Period: This lasts for 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your

performance, intent, ability, and dedication. If you are unable to complete

your internship 'Training Period' within 6 weeks, we will not be able to

continue our association with you thereafter.

Post-Training Internship: The total internship period, including training,

lasts for a minimum of 6 months. This duration is mandatory to be eligible for

an FTE, PPO offer, or even an internship certificate.

Internship Timeline :

Internshala Application period: 30th December 2025 to 10th January 2026

Assignment submission: 3 - 5 days from the date of receiving assignments

Interviews: 10th Jan to 20th Jan 2026

Release of Internship offer letter (for selected candidates): 25th January

2026

Date of Joining - 1st February 2026

Meanwhile, if you are a non-final year student selected for this internship,

we can onboard you remotely, but you will have to spend your mid-semester

breaks in our Hyderabad office till you complete 3 months in the aggregate, to

be eligible for an Internship certificate.
