E-Commerce Management - Internship

This role is for someone who will own day-to-day e-commerce execution. You'll

be responsible for making sure our products are listed correctly, visible, and

in stock, and improving week by week on platforms like Amazon & Flipkart.

You'll work closely with the founders and marketing team, and your job is to

ensure that whatever traffic we get actually converts into sales.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Managing product listings on Amazon/Flipkart (existing + new products)

2\. Updating titles, descriptions, images, and basic content when needed

3\. Making sure products are always live and not blocked or suppressed

4\. Keeping a check on inventory and flagging when stock is running low

5\. Coordinating shipments to warehouses when required

6\. Checking basic sales and performance numbers regularly

7\. Working with the marketing team to ensure ads and listings are aligned

8\. Helping with offers, pricing changes, and basic optimisations

9\. Sharing simple weekly updates on what's working and what's not

KPIs:

1\. Products are always in stock and live

2\. No major listing or account issues

3\. Gradual improvement in sales and conversion

4\. Better visibility and hygiene of listings

5\. Timely updates and clear communication

Internship structure:

1\. Internship training period: This lasts for 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your

performance, intent, ability, and dedication (If you are unable to complete

your internship 'training period' within 8 weeks, we will not be able to

continue our association with you thereafter)

2\. Post-training internship: The total internship period, including training,

lasts for a minimum of 6 months (This duration is mandatory to be eligible for

an FTE, PPO offer, or even an internship certificate)

3\. Note: Candidates will receive a stipend of Rs 7,000 during their training

and Rs 10,000 afterwards

Internship timeline:

1\. Internshala application period: 7th January 2026 to 20th January 2026

2\. Assignment submission: 3 - 5 days from the date of receiving assignments

3\. Interviews: 15th Jan to 25th Jan 2026

4\. Release of internship offer letter (for selected candidates): 27th January

2026

5\. Date of joining - 1st February 2026
