Learning Content Designer - Internship

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented learning content design intern

to support our learning & development team. The role focuses on visual design,

content creation, LMS testing, and microlearning module assembly. If you have

a passion for storytelling through visuals and an interest in e-learning, we

would love to hear from you!

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Upload and test content on ZingLMS, ensuring excellent look, feel, and

user experience.

2\. Conduct visual research using AI tools (Leonardo AI, Kling, etc.),

Freepik, and Unsplash.

3\. Format learning materials using PowerPoint and Word.

4\. Design posters and visual assets for training modules using Canva and

Adobe Express.

5\. Create A5/A4 learning cards with creativity and structured layouts.

6\. Assemble microlearning modules in Articulate 360.

7\. Support the design of cafe-themed game maps and walkthroughs using basic

game flow understanding.

8\. Design visual aids and infographics for onboarding topics like POSH, Food

Safety, and orientation.

9\. Create themed certificates, badges, and other branded materials.

10\. Translate complex processes into simple visual flows and diagrams.

11\. Refresh or redesign existing training content to enhance visual appeal

and consistency.

12\. Create microlearning content from structured briefs using Rise 360 and

applying design thinking.
