Human Resources (HR) - Internship

As an HR intern at Third Wave Coffee Roasters, you will have the opportunity
to gain hands-on experience in talent management, onboarding, and employee
engagement. If you are proficient in MS Office and have excellent spoken and
written English skills, we want to hear from you!
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Assist the HR team in the recruitment process including sourcing,
screening, and scheduling interviews.
2\. Support new employee onboarding by preparing materials, coordinating
training, and facilitating orientation sessions.
3\. Collaborate with HR Manager to organize employee engagement activities
such as team building events and recognition programs.
4\. Maintain HR databases and files to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee
records.
5\. Assist in conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback to identify
areas for improvement.
6\. Update and create HR policies and procedures in accordance with company
guidelines and legal requirements.
7\. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed, including
drafting correspondence and preparing reports.
