Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Source candidate profiles based on business requirements and job
specifications.
2\. Schedule interviews and brief candidates about the role and organization.
3\. Coordinate with internal teams and support stakeholder management when
required.
4\. Drive and support the complete hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
5\. Capture, update, and maintain recruitment data in MIS systems accurately.
6\. Participate in additional HR activities as assigned.
