onboarding.
2\. Use job portals, databases, and networking channels to identify suitable
candidates.
3\. Support in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing
communication between candidates and hiring teams.
4\. Help in preparing offer letters and maintaining candidate documentation.
5\. Work closely with senior recruiters and business teams to fulfill hiring
needs efficiently.
