Visual Illustrator - Internship

As a 'Visual Illustrator Intern', you will learn by doing, supporting real
drops with real deadlines, and turning ideas into illustrations that live on
product designs and launch content. This is a 0 to 100 startup environment,
you will be coached, challenged, and trusted, and you will grow fastest if you
bring daily intensity, ownership, and a culture building mindset.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Support illustration work for product designs by creating sketch options,
motifs, icons, and supporting elements that can be used on apparel, packaging,
inserts, and collectible add-ons.
2. Assist in turning moodboards into visual exploration by producing multiple
quick drafts, trying variations in line style, texture, and composition, and
sharing work early to get direction faster.
3. Help clean up and finalize selected illustrations by refining shapes,
improving readability, and preparing neat layered files so handoffs to design
and production stay smooth and accurate.
4. Learn production-minded execution by applying basic constraints like
limited colors, clear outlines, and scalable forms, ensuring the artwork still
looks strong when printed at real size.
5. Create small illustration packs for campaigns and socials, including
accent graphics, frames, stickers, and highlights that help the launch visuals
feel cohesive with the product story.
6. Maintain an organized working process by naming files, keeping versions,
exporting correctly, and documenting what is in each folder, so collaboration
stays low friction for the whole team.
7. Research references weekly and share findings with the team, then practice
translating those influences into original outputs that match the drop theme
without copying.
8. Support last-mile checks before release by verifying sizes, contrast,
legibility, and export formats, helping reduce production issues and improving
overall drop readiness.
9. Contribute to a positive studio rhythm by communicating timelines early,
asking for clarity when stuck, and staying consistent with output so the team
can rely on you during busy weeks.
