Fashion & Accessories Designer - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Conceptualize and design apparel and accessories: Create unique, trend-
driven designs for limited-edition apparel and accessories from ideation to
final execution, ensuring alignment with DROPZ's bold brand identity.
2. Conduct trend research and market analysis: Stay ahead of global and local
fashion and accessory trends, streetwear culture, material innovations, and
emerging design techniques.
3. Sketch and digital rendering: Produce detailed hand-drawn and digital
illustrations for apparel and accessories, capturing silhouettes, patterns,
embellishments, and hardware details.
4. Develop technical specifications and tech packs: Prepare comprehensive
tech packs outlining fabric/material details, colorways, measurements,
construction techniques, and stitching guidelines.
5. Oversee sample and prototype development: Work closely with manufacturers
to create prototypes, ensuring proper fit, construction, and detailing for
both apparel and accessories.
6. Quality control and final approvals: Conduct thorough reviews of samples
and prototypes, ensuring every piece meets DROPZ's functional, aesthetic, and
quality standards before production.
7. Collaborate on lookbooks and campaigns: Assist in styling and
conceptualizing photoshoots for marketing campaigns and product drops,
bringing the DROPZ vision to life.
