Telugu Telecalling - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reach out to parents (mainly mothers) who have either seen the app during
field demonstrations or recently downloaded it.
2. Walk them through how to use the app and show how it helps them teach
their child.
3. Encourage them to complete the first 3-5 learning tasks.
4. Build trust and motivation through supportive communication for example:
"You can do this, even if you can't read!"
5. Respond to basic user questions, such as issues with audio or accessing
tasks.
6. Offer simple technical guidance on:
7. Open the app
8. Use the audio features
9. Access offline mode
10. Collect user feedback including likes, dislikes, and reasons for stopping
use (if any).
11. Maintain daily records of calls, user responses, and reported issues in
the tracking sheet.
