Field Research – Illiterate Parent-Led Early Learning - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Observe how illiterate mothers use the app to teach their children
2. Conduct home visits, parent interviews, and task-testing sessions
3. Facilitate small group sessions in community spaces (anganwadis, homes,
SHGs)
4. Collect real-time feedback on challenges, successes, and emotional
responses
5. Support the field team in training local Sakhis and community facilitators
6. Record data (voice, photos, videos, notes) with respect for user consent
and dignity
7. Collaborate with product and content teams to suggest improvements based
on field insights
