Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients (companies/startups/Clients/
professionals).
2. Explain franchise & leasing consulting service, including recruitment
outsourcing, onboarding.
3. Generate qualified leads and schedule online or offline meetings with the
business development team.
4. Maintain and update CRM records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
5. Handle inbound queries and provide clear, professional responses.
6. Support the business development and HR teams in campaign follow-ups and
client engagement.
7. Achieve weekly/monthly call and conversion.
