Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle, from job posting and
sourcing to interviews and offer finalization.
2. Talent sourcing: Leverage job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.),
social media, and networking events to attract top talent.
3. Screening & interviews: Assess candidates' skills, experience, and
cultural fit.
4. Building talent pipelines: Maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates
for future hiring needs.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define roles and
recruitment strategies.
6. Candidate experience: Ensure smooth and engaging interactions throughout
the hiring process.
7. Diversity & inclusion: Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates.
8. Data-driven hiring: Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire,
quality of hire) to optimize hiring strategies.
9. Market research: Stay updated on hiring trends and competitor strategies.
