Supply Chain Management (SCM) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Cultural & Communication Bridging - Help interpret between English and
Chinese-speaking teams.
Manage WeChat groups or supplier chatrooms for real-time coordination.
2. Supplier Research - identify and verify potential vendors in India and
China.
3. Quotation & Comparison - Request quotes, analyze pricing, and prepare
comparison sheets.
4. Vendor Communication - Coordinate with suppliers via email, calls, and
WeChat.
5. Documentation -Maintain supplier records, certifications, and procurement
data.
5. Sample & Quality Coordination- Manage product samples and assist in
quality checks.
7. Logistics & Follow-up Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
8. Reporting: Prepare daily sourcing updates and performance reports.

Note: The selection committee schedule

1. First round: A recorded interview via a Google Form will be shared through
Internshala messages
2. Second round: An interview will be conducted directly with the HR or the
founder
