2. Develop engaging formats: reels, carousels, stories, and static content.

B. Creative Design
1. Work on social media creatives and campaign assets using Canva/Adobe
tools.
2. Ensure brand consistency in visual communication.

C. Trends & Research
1. Identify relevant hashtags, topics, and formats to optimise reach.
2. Monitor competitor activity and industry benchmarks.

D. Analytics & Reporting
1. Track campaign performance and compile reports on engagement metrics.

E. Community Engagement
1. Support interaction with followers, comments, and direct messages.
