Are you passionate about social media and online reputation management? We're
looking for an 'Online Reputation Management Intern' to join our team and help
us maintain a positive brand presence across platforms!

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Reaching out to all social media escalated cases, resolving issues, and
working towards removing or addressing negative reviews.
2. Managing and monitoring the company's presence across various social media
platforms, ensuring reviews and feedback remain positive.
3. Collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide
timely solutions.
4. Analyzing social media trends and feedback to suggest improvements in
customer experience.
