We are looking for proactive and driven 'Customer Success Intern' with a
strong sales background to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-
office internship designed to transition into a permanent role based on
performance.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

A. Customer Outreach:
1. Call customers regarding review removal or to request new feedback
submissions.

B. Review & Reputation Management:
1. Ensure positive reviews are gathered and posted across relevant platforms.
2. Maintain and improve ratings across all platforms (target: 4 star and
above).

C. Issue Resolution:
1. Connect with clients to understand concerns and ensure timely resolution.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to close customer issues efficiently.

D. Sales-Driven Engagement:
1. Use sales communication skills to influence customer sentiment and build
trust.
