Sales - Internship

Role overview:

We are hiring a sales setter who will work exclusively with warm leads
individuals who have already shown interest in our programs through surveys,
ads, or content funnels.

Your role will be to:

Engage with these warm prospects through calling, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and
phone calls. Qualify them and book appointments for our sales team to conduct
consultation calls.

As performance improves and the team expands, this role can evolve into a
sales closer position. At that stage, you'll primarily focus on consultative
sales calls, while continuing to support the setting until new team members
are fully trained.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage with warm inbound leads daily through WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and
phone calls.
2. Make 100-200 dials per day and hold at least 20 meaningful conversations.
3. Qualify leads based on interest, health needs, and readiness to join the
program.
4. Book 3-4 qualified appointments per day for Sales Closers.
5. Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested leads who haven't booked
yet.
6. Track all conversations, follow-ups, and appointments in CRM and tracking
sheets.
7. Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve communication and show-
up rates.
8. Implement weekly feedback from call reviews to enhance communication
quality.
9. Represent Awaken Life's mission with empathy, authenticity, and
professionalism.
10. Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals.

Performance metrics (KPIs)
Function: Lead setting
Daily Dials: 100-200 per setter
Daily Conversations: 20 meaningful calls
Qualified Appointments: 3-4 per day (for closers calendar)
Show-Up Rate: 70%+
Setter-to-Closer Conversion: At least 1 setter promoted to closer every 2-3
months
Call Review Feedback: Weekly qualitative improvement
