Business Development (Sales) - Internship

We're hiring a Sales Setter to engage with warm leads people who've already
expressed interest through ads, forms, or content. Your goal: connect,
qualify, and book appointments for our sales closers. With strong performance,
you can grow into a Sales Closer role.

Salary: 10,000 - 20,000/month (fixed) + bonuses
Experience: 0-1 years in inside/service-based sales

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage warm leads via WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and calls.
2. Make 100-150 dials daily and hold 15-20 quality conversations.
3. Qualify prospects based on needs and readiness.
4. Book 3-4 qualified appointments daily.
5. Follow up with interested but unbooked leads.
6. Update CRM and tracking sheets consistently.
7. Collaborate with the team to improve conversion and show-up rates.
8. Apply weekly call feedback to enhance performance.
9. Represent Awaken Life's mission with empathy and professionalism.
