Market Research - Internship

We're looking for a proactive 'Market Research Intern' to join our team and
help us capture accurate, on-ground insights from real estate projects. This
is a hands-on role where you'll interact directly with project teams, analyze
market trends, and support strategic decisions.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting field visits to real estate projects and gathering first-hand
data
2. Engaging with sourcing managers and project stakeholders to collect
comprehensive project information
3. Asking the right questions to extract valuable insights on pricing,
features, timelines, and market positioning
4. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure information is accurate and
actionable
5. Analyzing collected data and contributing to reports that help homebuyers
and our team make informed decisions
6. Staying updated on real estate trends, competitor projects, and market
movements
