Design Analyst & Advisory Intern - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating with sourcing managers at project sites to collect accurate
and up-to-date project information
2. Organizing and structuring collected data, so the product team can create
detailed project and market reports
3. Studying project layouts, pricing, amenities, approvals, and overall
fundamentals
4. Identifying missing information, inconsistencies, or risks in project data
5. Calling incoming leads to understand their home-buying or investment
requirements
6. Conducting initial discovery conversations and scheduling calls with
internal experts
7. Coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and site visits
8. Maintaining CRM updates and tracking lead progress
9. Supporting smooth handoffs between research, advisory, and customer teams
10. Ensuring leads move forward without delays caused by poor coordination or
missing information
