Marathi Telecalling - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contact parents (primarily mothers) who have either been introduced to the
app during field visits or have recently installed it.
2. Guide them step-by-step on how to navigate the app and demonstrate how it
supports their child's learning.
3. Encourage parents to complete the first few learning tasks (3-5) to build
early engagement.
4. Foster confidence and motivation through positive, reassuring messages for
example: "You can do this, even if you don't know how to read!"
5. Address common user concerns, such as difficulties with audio or accessing
specific tasks.
6. Provide basic technical assistance, including instructions on:
7. How to open and use the app
8. Activating and managing audio features
9. Using the app in offline mode
10. Gather feedback from users about their experience what they like, what
they find challenging, and why they may have stopped using the app.
11. Update daily logs with call details, user responses, and any technical or
usability issues reported.
