Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Engage with high-net-worth (HNI) clients through regular calls, including
cold calling, handle walk-in client inquiries, and ensure timely follow-ups,
engaging the clients, etc.
2\. Maintain and organize data and outreach records using Excel.
3\. Prepare and assist in client presentations and proposals.
4\. Coordinate and manage events, meetings, and related logistics for mandates
in the luxury residential segment.
5\. Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, to ensure client
needs are met.
6\. Support business development efforts through research, outreach, and
relationship management.
7\. Take complete ownership of tasks with an entrepreneurial and solution-
driven approach.
