Research & Marketing Apprentice - Internship

Key Responsibilities:

A. Research & Market Intelligence:

1\. Conduct primary and secondary research on residential real estate assets,

market trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor analysis.

2\. Gather insights from multiple sources including industry reports, online

databases, portals, broker inputs, and internal repositories.

3\. Assist in preparing research summaries, market notes, and presentations

for internal and external use.

B. Data Mining & Data Management:

1\. Collect, organize, and validate large datasets.

2\. Perform data cleaning, formatting, and analysis using MS Excel, ensuring

accuracy and consistency.

3\. Maintain structured databases and support reporting requirements for

marketing and research teams.

C. Content Support for Real Estate Assets:

1\. Assist in creating and refining content across various channels.

2\. Ensure content is aligned with brand tone, asset positioning, and target

audience requirements.

D. Stakeholder Coordination & Collaboration:

1\. Work closely with internal teams such as sales, research, design, and

digital marketing to support ongoing projects.

2\. Coordinate with external stakeholders including brokers, vendors, and

consultants for data collection and content inputs.

3\. Support smooth execution of tasks by tracking deliverables and timelines.
