Influencer Marketing - Internship

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Influencer

Marketing Coordinator to manage influencer campaigns across the Indian market.

The role involves close coordination with creators, internal teams, and

clients to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery. This is a fast-

paced role requiring flexibility during campaign periods, strong ownership,

and proactive communication with influencers across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and manage Indian influencers across Instagram, YouTube,

Reels, Shorts, and other relevant platforms

Coordinate day-to-day communication with influencers via WhatsApp, email, and

direct messages

Manage campaign workflows including briefs, timelines, content submissions,

approvals, and publishing schedules

Ensure influencers comply with brand guidelines, briefs, and agreed

deliverables

Support commercial coordination including deliverables, timelines, and basic

pricing discussions

Track content performance, submissions, and campaign completion status

Maintain accurate influencer databases, contracts, invoices, and payout

tracking

Coordinate with internal strategy, creative, and client servicing teams

Assist in resolving campaign-related issues within defined timelines

Stay updated on Indian influencer trends, formats, pricing benchmarks, and

platform policies

Work Schedule & Availability

Flexibility may be required during live campaign periods for timely

coordination

Required Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of the Indian influencer ecosystem across nano, micro,

macro, and celebrity creators

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language is a

plus

Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation abilities

High level of organization and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, and basic reporting tools
