Pre-Application Notice

Before applying, candidates are expected to carefully review and fully

understand the information outlined below.

Selected Intern - Roles & Responsibilities

1\. Thoroughly analyze project requirements and review designs shared by the

design team or referenced from approved sources.

2\. Plan and implement database schemas, backend logic/controllers, and

frontend component architecture in a structured and efficient manner.

3\. Develop clean, modular, well-documented, and maintainable code in

accordance with established best practices and coding standards.

4\. Ensure consistent availability during designated working hours and attend

all scheduled meetings and discussions punctually.

Working Hours & Operational Guidelines

1\. A minimum commitment of 8 working hours per day is mandatory.

2\. Interns are required to complete at least 6 hours of active coding daily.

3\. A minimum availability of 4 hours between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM is

compulsory. The remaining working hours may be completed during evening or

night hours, as per individual preference, provided the total daily

requirement is met.

4\. All development work will be performed on the company's internal coding

platform, where all activities are automatically tracked and logged.

5\. We operate a fully transparent work-tracking system. All team members have

visibility into each other's progress and work history. Every activity,

including minor edits and file saves, is recorded with precise timestamps.

6\. Regular code reviews and performance evaluations will be conducted to

assess code quality, efficiency, and contribution levels. Incentives, where

applicable, will be awarded based on verified performance, in addition to the

fixed stipend.

Performance-Based Growth & Opportunities

Interns demonstrating strong technical skills, efficiency, and consistent

high-quality output may be assigned additional responsibilities and more

complex tasks aligned with their capabilities. Performance-linked incentives

and increments will be determined strictly based on measurable contributions

and productivity.

Please note that minimum working hour requirements remain mandatory,

irrespective of task completion speed or performance level.
