Product Design - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Research & Analysis:

1\. Conducting user research to understand target audiences

2\. Analyzing competitors and existing user interfaces

3\. Participating in brainstorming sessions with the design and product teams

b. Design & Prototyping:

1\. Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma,

Adobe XD, or Sketch

2\. Designing UI components following brand guidelines and design systems

3\. Iterating on designs based on internal feedback and usability test results

c. Collaboration:

1\. Working closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and

consistency

2\. Participating in daily stand-up meetings and design reviews

3\. Assisting in creating design documentation for development handoffs

d. Testing & Improvement:

1\. Conducting usability tests and documenting findings

2\. Updating designs based on user feedback or test results

3\. Supporting QA by verifying UI implementation matches design specifications

e. Learning & Development:

1\. Staying updated with the latest UI/UX trends and tools

Important Guidelines:

A minimum of 8 working hours per day is mandatory.

A minimum of 4 hours of availability during the day (10 AM - 7 PM) is

compulsory; the remaining hours can be completed in the evening or night, but

total working hours must be fulfilled.

During working hours, you will be required to use our Windows/Mac monitoring

software. Your screen will remain visible to us the entire time you are

working (logged in the software).

At end of the day you need to submit the work report of the day.

Regular design reviews are conducted to evaluate creativity, usability, and

timely delivery. Incentives will be awarded based on actual contributions and

output quality, in addition to the fixed stipend.

If you are creative, efficient, and capable of delivering high-quality designs

faster, we will assign you more challenging and higher-value projects.

Incentives and increments will be performance-driven and linked directly to

your output and efficiency. However, minimum working hours will remain fixed

regardless of speed.
