Market Research - Internship

About the Role

We're seeking an energetic and organized intern to support our offline

marketing and partnership initiatives. This role combines creativity with

operational coordination from designing decks and researching collaboration

ideas to managing backend systems and reports. If you enjoy mixing design,

research, and teamwork while learning how partnerships and BTL campaigns drive

brand visibility, this internship is for you.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1\. Research & Deck Creation

Design and update engaging partnership decks and presentations.

Research colleges, event spaces, and potential collaboration partners.

Curate insights to strengthen upcoming BTL campaigns.

2\. Operations & Data Management

Maintain and update partner and campaign databases.

Work on forms, trackers, and performance dashboards using Google tools.

Assist with reporting and data clean-up activities.

3\. Coordination & Campaign Support

Help organize seminars, workshops, and offline activations.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Support on-ground activities when required.

4\. Documentation & Reporting

Keep structured records of partnership progress and campaign deliverables.

Summarize learnings and feedback post-activities.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

Good command of MS PowerPoint / Google Slides for making decks.

Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

Strong research and analytical approach.

Detail-oriented with good organizational habits.

Creative eye for layout and presentation.

Good to Have:

Basic familiarity with WordPress (training will be provided if needed).

Comfort with multitasking and cross-team coordination.

Exposure to Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator for simple design tasks.

Prior internship or college project experience in marketing or events.
