High-performing interns will get the opportunity to work closely with the top

management, earn performance-based commissions on converted sales after the

internship, and may get a chance to be converted into a full-time employee,

with the potential to earn up to 40,000 per month through commissions based on

performance.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Visit colleges, hospitals, clinics, cafeterias, gyms, hostels, and high

footfall locations across Delhi NCR to identify potential selling

opportunities for our beverage products.

2\. Generate on-ground sales leads by interacting with owners, managers, and

purchase decision-makers and collecting accurate contact and requirement

details.

3\. Briefly pitch the product, understand listing requirements, and assess the

feasibility of placement at each location.

4\. Maintain a daily lead tracker (Google Sheet/Excel) including visits done,

leads generated, follow-up status, and remarks.

5\. Coordinate with the core team for follow-ups, sample sharing, pricing

discussions, and lead conversions.

6\. Travel daily using metro/bus/e-rickshaw as required and cover assigned NCR

areas in a disciplined manner.

7\. Meet daily/weekly field targets and share end-of-day reporting with the

team.
