in their career? Join Jodo as a customer success intern - a paid, full-time,
on-site internship with a chance to convert into a customer success executive
(PPO)!
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Engage with parents and students to explain Jodo's financial solutions
both through offline events and telesales.
2\. Pitch financial products effectively by understanding customer needs and
providing personalized solutions.
3\. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through
consistent follow-ups and support.
4\. Handle customer queries, objections, and rejections positively while
ensuring a great experience for every lead.
5\. Take complete ownership of each lead from initial contact to successful
closure.
