Digital Marketing - Internship

The Role :

We're looking for a highly motivated and curious Digital Marketing Intern to
join our remote team. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is just
starting their career and wants to dive into the world of digital marketing.
You don't need a ton of experience, we're here to teach you. We're looking for
someone who is naturally good with numbers and enjoys solving problems. You'll
gain hands-on knowledge of how we use data to drive real results across
various digital channels.

Day to Day responsibilities :

1. Campaign Support: Assist in the day-to-day management of paid advertising
campaigns. This means helping us set up, and check on ads on platforms like
Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
2. Audit and Reporting: Learn how to create audits based on campaign
performance to identify what's working and what's not. You'll also learn to
create simple reports to share with the team.
3. Creative & Copy: Help us come up with new ideas for ad images, videos, and
headlines. You'll also reach out to potential partners.

Who We're Looking For:

1. Someone currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing,
Business, Communications, or a related field.
2. A strong analytical mindset. You don't have to be a data expert, but you
should enjoy working with numbers and trying to solve problems.
3. A proactive, can-do attitude and a strong willingness to learn. You are
not afraid to ask questions.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You'll need to be
a great communicator in a remote setting.
5. Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
6. The ability to manage your time effectively and be a reliable member of a
remote team.
7. Someone available during day working hours in the IST time zone.
