Role: Sales Intern Koyo (AI Interview Platform)
Role Overview
We are looking for a **highly driven Sales Intern** to support the growth of Koyo AI Interview**. The primary responsibility of this role is booking
product demos with businesses** (startups, scale-ups, and enterprises) for the
Koyo platform.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to **B2B SaaS
sales, lead generation, outreach, and pipeline building**.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and research potential business leads (HRs, Talent Heads, Founders, Recruiters).
* Reach out to prospects via **LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and other outbound channels**.
* Clearly pitch the value of **Koyo - AI Interview** and **book qualified demos** for the sales team.
* Maintain and update lead information in Excel/Sheets.
* Track daily outreach, follow-ups, and demo bookings.
* Continuously experiment with messaging and outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
Targets & Performance Expectations
* **Minimum Target:** **30 demos per month**
* Performance will be reviewed monthly.
Who We Are Looking For
* Strong interest in **sales, business development, or startups**.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
* Comfortable with **outbound outreach and conversations with businesses**.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent.
* Bias for action and willingness to get hands dirty.
* Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets.
