Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Conduct academic interviews as per defined guidelines and allotted

schedules.

2\. Ensure fair, unbiased, and standardized evaluation of all students.

3\. Use structured rubrics to provide consistent scoring across candidates.

4\. Deliver qualitative feedback highlighting each student's strengths, gaps,

and areas of improvement.

5\. Maintain professionalism, empathy, and decorum during all student

interactions.

6\. Flag any irregularities, misconduct, or technical issues promptly to the

program team.
