Quiz Club At Orchids Chain Of Schools - Internship

Duration: 6 months (extendable)

Location: Bangalore (with pan India virtual coordination)

Stipend: Competitive (based on experience and quiz pedigree)

The mission:

1\. Build quizzing as a culture across 100+ Orchids schools

2\. This is not about running one annual quiz

3\. This is about creating a living, breathing quiz ecosystem- daily

questions, buzzing school clubs, fierce inter school rivalries, and a national

level finale that students obsess over

4\. If done right, this becomes: A flagship Orchids IP, a scalable national

open quiz program and a talent pipeline for future quizmasters, hosts, and

content creators

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Quiz content & curation:

1\. Curate daily and weekly quizzes for grades 3-12 (age appropriate, fun, and

sharp)

2\. Cover current affairs (kid friendly, contextual), general knowledge,

Trivia (sports, cinema, science, culture, tech) and India + world balance

3\. Ensure progressive difficulty by grade bands (3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-12)

4\. Maintain a growing question bank with tags, difficulty levels, and formats

B. Building the Orchids Quiz Club network:

1\. Set up Quiz Clubs in every branch to define structure (captain,

quizmaster, volunteers) and create starter kits for schools

2\. Coordinate with teachers and school leadership to run regular in school

quiz meets and identify student quiz champions

C. Events & competitions

1\. Design and execute: Intra school quizzes, Inter school zone level quizzes

and National level Orchids quiz finals

2\. Support question setting, format design and hosting flow (even if someone

else hosts)

D. Platform & tech enablement:

1\. Post quizzes on the Orchids platform (daily/weekly cadence)

2\. Work with tech teams to improve quiz formats and track participation and

engagement

3\. Think digitally: polls, rapid fire rounds, leaderboard based engagement

E. Scaling beyond Orchids (Phase 2 thinking):

1\. Help design an open quiz format for non Orchids schools

2\. Think partnerships, formats, and brand safe expansion
